Building a structure on the soil will cosolidate the underlying layers. During the phenomenon of the consolidation the excess pore water and air pressures disappear through the permeable boundaries, which results in a reduction in the volume and the soil's settling. Since the construction of a structure is a time-consuming task and loading varies over time, and on the other hand, most soils in nature are unsaturated, the prediction of unsaturated soils is important with time-dependent loading. There are two different approaches to analyzing the phenomenon of consolidation in soils that the coupler approach is preferable to non-polar approach because in the coupling approach the relationship between stress-strain analysis and leakage analysis is applied. In this paper, the numerical method of quadrature differential was used to solve the above problem and the effect of the function and loading speed on the variations of pore air pressure were investigated.
