Tomato (Lycopersicon esculentum) is one of the most important vegetables Solanaceae family (Solanaceae), which is currently the second most popular vegetable in the world is. the tomato leafminer Tuta absoluta (Meyrick) (Lepidoptera: Gelechiidae) one of the most important pests of tomato. Target of this study was to assess the genetic diversity, solidarity, heritability and relationships between characteristics of 21 varieties of tomato using qualitative and quantitative traits, as well as evaluating resistance to tomato leafminer is.The relationship between the trait genetic analyzes using correlation, regression and causality (path analysis) was performed. To determine genetic distance and operating value analysis and cluster analysis grouped genotypes were used. The results showed that all traits assessment of genetic variation in the probability level of 1%, with a significant difference. Results Descriptive statistics showed the highest coefficient of phenotypic diversity the trait of titratable acid (24/86) is.The results showed a correlation between the most positive and significant correlation between yield per plant and yield, respectively (r=0/99), the number of days to maturity and days to flowering (r=0/98), vitamin C and total acid (r=0/85) there. Stepwise regression analysis of single fruit weight, number of fruits, shoots and fruit width, respectively, were used for a total of 98/48 percent of the total changes to the operation explained.Path analysis showed that the most positive and direct effect on fruit weight and number of fruits per plant on performance. Heritability and phenotypic and genotypic variation coefficient results showed that the highest rates of change in the genetic traits of titratable acid, and vitamin C were performance. Most of the heritability of the the trait can be found in vitamin C, total titratable acid, width, firmness, PH and TSS was observed. Factor analysis of six independent factors could explain a total of 84/31% of th
